Refund Policy
The flight booking services provided by Wayfare destination LLC, including service and convenience fees, are non-refundable. Any cancellation requests must be made via phone call.
Acceptance of Refund Requests
Wayfare destination LLC accepts refund requests only if:
- You have submitted a cancellation and refund request to us.
- The fare rules allow for cancellations and refunds.
- You are not a "No Show" passenger. No-show bookings are ineligible for waivers.
- We receive waivers from suppliers to process your refund request.
Refund Processing Timeline
Refunds typically take 60-90 days to process from the time you initiate the request until the amount is reflected in your bank account.
Refund Processing Steps
- After submitting a cancellation request, you will receive an email acknowledgment.
- We work with airlines and suppliers to secure any possible waivers.
- Once the supplier confirms the refund eligibility, we notify you.
- The refund is then processed, but the timeline may vary based on the financial institution.
Note: Service fees from the original booking are non-refundable. All refunds are subject to per-ticket, per-person charges.
Fare Errors & Adjustments
In rare cases, fare discrepancies may occur. If the fare increases after booking, you may choose to pay the difference or cancel the booking.
Cancellation & Exchange Policy
- All confirmed bookings are 100% non-refundable.
- Some airlines may allow cancellations if requested at least 24 hours before departure.
- Partially used tickets are not eligible for refunds.
- Non-refundable tickets may be exchanged for a new ticket at an equal or higher fare.
- Airline penalties and fare differences apply for ticket exchanges.
Modification Policy
- Itinerary modifications (date, route, etc.) are subject to airline policies.
- Processing changes may take up to 72 hours.
- Direct modifications with airlines may result in a loss of Wayfare destination LLC support.
Medical Exceptions
If you are unable to travel due to medical reasons, you may:
- Cancel the ticket (if refundable) by paying the airline penalty and service fee.
- Reschedule the ticket by paying penalties and fare differences.
- Keep the ticket open (if allowed by the airline) for future travel.

Wayfare destination LLC charges a service fee for booking modifications, cancellations, and ticket exchanges. Contact us to confirm the latest service fees.
Important Notices
- If an airline directly cancels or modifies your booking, we may be unable to assist with refunds.
- If you receive a duplicate refund, you must return the excess amount to Wayfare destination LLC.
